The Dreamcast Dream Passport 3 was the third and final version of the Japanese Dream Passport disc which was included with Dreamcast systems. The Dream Passport discs allowed users to set their Dreamcast systems up to access the internet, allowed browsing of the web and email access, and contained some Dreamcast-specific internet applications.

Compared with the United States web browser, the Dream Passport is a charming and cute piece of software and I love it’s aesthetic.
